With Health as one of the topics of the course, and also priority of elderly citizens, the program commenced with Yoga sessions in the presence of experts. Complete information of important topics as approved by Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Govt. Of India, in the form of Booklet was distributed by HARDICON team. Presentations were given by technical officers explaining in details the concepts and were well understood by the attendees. All queries raised by the senior citizens were also addressed by the technical team.

The programme was well appreciated by the attendees and many senior citizens informed that these programmes are very useful and urged HARDICON to cover more and more senior citizens in whole of Haryana.
